CITV and Ubisoft have appointed fish in a bottle to create a fully interactive banner ad game to support Ubisoft's online Raving Rabbids campaign.
The ad's creative and gameplay closely matches that of the Ubisoft game and sees Raving Rabbids breaking out all over the CITV homepage. The player has to batter them down with a comedy plunger and get as many points as possible.
Justin Eames, Managing Director of fish in a bottle said, "We've been championing gaming content for banner ads for some time. So CITV and Ubisoft's commission has provided us with the opportunity to apply our gaming pedigree and push the technology of online ad delivery. For the duration of the Raving Rabbids campaign we're quite literally taking over the CITV homepage. The results will bring a smile to the face of even the most hardened gamer, which is exactly what the Raving Rabbids campaign is all about."
The Raving Rabbids banner ad game went live on CITV's website during the build up to Christmas 2006.
