New Media Age Effectiveness Award Best Use of Viral

We took the award for Best Use of Viral for our DJ Hero 2: Mix 2Gether advergame at the New Media Age Effectiveness Awards 2011.

 

NMA Award Winner ImageWe're particularly honoured to have our work singled out because the New Media Age Awards emphasise quality and effectiveness, providing a benchmark of excellence for the industry as a whole.

 

With DJ Hero 2: Mix 2Gether we delivered the essence of the DJ Hero 2 console game to a massive audience.

 

The advergame features three playable mixes including Lady Gaga "Just Dance" vs. Deadmau5 "Ghosts N Stuff". We simulated the mixing deck that features in the console game and introduced unique features such as freestyle mix creation and challenge a friend modes.

 

The advergame has full Facebook integration and was played over 10 million times within six weeks of launch.
