Your proficiency in project planning tools like JIRA ensures that work is meticulously planned and executed efficiently.

About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, high performing Project Manager, ideally from an agency or games background.

You’ll be managing exceptionally talented creative and technical teams working across a wide range of clients from big name global brands to exciting tech start-ups, in the delivery of a variety of digital projects, including apps, games and web platforms.

Working closely with clients and development teams, this is an opportunity for a client centric, motivated and organised Producer / Project Manager to really have a huge impact.

Key responsibilities

  • End-to-end project delivery, from pitch to final delivery
  • Resource planning and scheduling of projects
  • Working collaboratively with the studio leads to scope and estimate projects and ensure quality is high
  • Ensure projects are being delivered on time on budget and reviewed against scope and that quality is high
  • Running client meetings ensuring objectives are being met – including assessing project risks, change control and escalating issues
  • Building a strong partnership with your clients – ensuring communication is regular, clear and work is collaborative
  • Keeping the team on track and motivated
  • Financial reporting including project overrun / underrun, work in progress, raising and tracking spend against purchase orders etc.

This is a predominantly remote working position, supplemented by some team collaboration at a Leamington Spa studio.

There is the need to travel from time to time to attend client and company meetings.
